This model is April Nelson, Mitzie of Berri and Mitzie, aka: Elizabeth Liz Chamberlain. She danced from the early 1990's to 2004 in San Francisco, CA; at the Market St. Theater and Century Theater. I know because I dated her before she got into the business and the implants.
