Her Tommy Lee sex tapes got out she went to court to get them protected from public. The settled out of court made it protected behind a paywall if I remember correctly...not much of a win for her, but it made it at least not public. Like many celebs she marries to some hot guy because of fame, money you pick it and divorces...custody battles it takes a toll.
